The Registration opened on March 5, 2018.

PAST Experience – Since the number of rooms in each category are limited, please send your bookings early to avoid disappointments.

  • Tariff includes registration, 3 nights stay, all meals starting from 7th June 2018 (Thursday) Lunch  till breakfast on 10th, June 2018 (Sunday)
  • Walk-in Registration and Meals – all days – Rs. 4500/- (per person), for 2 days Rs.3500/- for One Day Rs.2500/- (this includes 3 meals per day plus Registration charges of Rs.1500/-).Registration is Compulsory for attending the Convention
  • Walk – In Registrations Only  Rs. 1500/- for all days/one day. Registration Charges do not include meals.
  • All COUPONS WILL BE NUMBERED: Please keep coupons safe as they represent your money. Incase anybody looses their coupons, they will have to buy new set of coupons. You cannot hand over your coupons to anybody else.
  • For accommodating any extra person in the room, no direct dealing with the hotel please. You will have to book through the Convention Committee essentially.
  • Children upto 5 years – No extra charges. No bedding will be provided.No Extra Food Plate.
  • Children from 5 to 10 years. No bedding will be provided. Food Coupons Extra Rs.3500/- per child (all days)
  • Tea/coffee all day at the venue.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: As per Hotel requirements in the country, you are required to carry Personal Photo ID . This is applicable for all participants.
  • Tariff does not include room service, sightseeing tours.
  • Total tickets available: 220 only. On first-come-first-serve  basis.
  • For Local Sight Seeing, Contact Numbers of Taxi Operators will be displayed at the Reception Counter and also updated on this Page


  • Booking will be made on “First cum First serve” basis till the availability of rooms –
  • Website will be updated with booking status (rooms filled and Vacant for each category) at 12 Noon and 6 PM every day.
  • In the event a category is filled (for which you have applied), you will be offered a Higher or Lower category as desired/as per vacancy, otherwise full refund will be offered. Room Numbers will be informed at a later date.
  • RESERVATION AGAINST CANCELLATION:  This will be done against full payment in advance. If no vacancy 100% refund will be made. Incase rooms allotted, no refund will be made.

 Refund Policy:

75% Refund will be made if requests are received before March 31, 2018

50% Refunds will be made if refund requests received between April 1, 2018 and April 30, 2018.

No Refunds requests will be entertained after April 30, 2018. You can, however, transfer your Booking to another AA member at your personal level.

BALANCE PAYMENT at the Hotel desk against receipt at the time of check-in. Room Key and Conference folder will be handed over by the Hotel’s Representative on the spot.

Special Note:

Since there are no dues or fees for AA membership, you may wonder why you have to pay to attend this Convention.

An AA Convention is a special event and not an AA meeting. Conventions may include AA meetings for the benefit of those attending. A Convention, unlike a regular meeting, requires months of preparation and incurs lots of expenses, most of which are paid in advance. Registration fees cover some of the expense for items such as the rental of the facility, transportation, meals and lodging for our speakers, insurance, printing, postage, and supplies.
